Assistant Director (Enterprise Risk Management)

As part of the Enterprise Risk Management team, you will lead the development of enterprise risk leadership and strategy, to reviewing the framework and policy governance which includes developing risk mitigation strategy.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development, implementation and continuous enhancement of NTUC’s risk management strategy and framework, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall mission, vision, strategic objectives, and the evolving external landscape
• Review, maintain and enhance NTUC’s ERM framework, policies, and procedures, ensuring they reflect industry best practices and support robust risk oversight and accountability structures.
• Lead the annual risk assessment cycle across NTUC’s business units, including workshops, interviews and horizon scanning activities, to identify, evaluate, and prioritize enterprise risks.
