Responsibilities
Complete monthly financial reporting to the Swiss parent company.
Ensure compliance with monthly tax reporting to the Mexican government (liaison to outside tax accountants).
Oversee accounts receivable and collection of past‐due accounts.
Assist with treasury, payroll, and human resources functions.
Process all documents relating to machine rentals and consignments.
Manage site machine logistics and inventory reconciliations.
Oversee accurate and timely order processing and inventory import documentation.
Perform additional tasks as requested by the Managing Director of Mexico.
