Assistant Community Manager - Ironworks on Fox

Job Description

As a Ranger, you will support the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of a multifamily property. Your responsibilities will include accounting and reporting tasks, preparing monthly close‑out and financial reports, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent and other fees, completing bank deposits, performing reconciliations, and using the property‑management system to record, track, and report all financial activities.

What does this role entail?

In addition to financial duties, you will engage in leasing, marketing, and resident relations activities to meet the property’s revenue and occupancy goals, coordinate maintenance and make‑ready tasks, and enforce lease agreements. You will maintain the safety, cleanliness and appearance of the property, supervise staff in the Community Manager’s absence, and communicate with owners, contractors, vendors, and residents to promote satisfac...
