Opportunity Description
The Assistant Men’s Rugby Coach, assists the Men’s Rugby Head Coach in all aspects of the Men’s Rugby Club’s on and off field training, practice and competition. This is accomplished primarily through direct coaching, instruction and mentoring of members of the Men’s Rugby Club. As a self-governed student organization, the coach will work with team leaders to support individual development and the growth and of the club.
This is a part time, temporary, non-benefit salaried position with a hiring range of $18,720 - $20,171.
Current Term: August 17th, 2026 to May 30th, 2027.
Core Responsibilities:
+ Mentor the Club’s membership as both competitive athletes and campus leaders, and the Club’s officers in organizational management and leadership.
+ Design and supervise (in collaboration with the Men’s Head Rugby Coach) all practices and games, both home and away
+ Serves as an essential on-field risk manager
