Responsibilities

• Supervise vault and coin vault employees, exercising independent discretion to direct and assign work.
• Create employee schedules and run plans, addressing any problems brought to attention by employees.
• Ensure crew coverage is opened and that vault closing procedures are fully followed.
• Manage holdover items and provide proper direction to appropriate runs.
• Maintain and input all vault records including balance sheets, change funds, coin storage, and precious metal reports.
• Prepare customer shipments as needed and consolidate customer deposits according to management requirements.
• Receive service requests from Brink’s customers courteously, record any complaints, provide receipts for all inbound shipments, and obtain receipts for all outbound shipments.
