As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will work under the supervision of the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided, while meeting the company’s objectives.

Location: 2905 Bd Saint-Michel, Trois-Rivières, QC G9A 5E1, Canada
Schedule: Must be available one weekend out of two (schedule to be discussed).
Permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as actively present on the field to supervise and participate in operations in an outdoor, physical, and dirty environment.
• Promote a welcoming and safe workplace.
• Enforce environmental and Health & Safety rules and procedures.
• Assist the Branch Manager during monthly Health & Safety audits.
