Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager with the daily running of the store.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Supervise, motivate, and support the store team.
- Delegate daily tasks and ensure work is completed to company standards.
- Prepare weekly staff rosters.
- Help drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers in-store and provide product advice when needed.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships and actively seek new business.
- Ensure invoicing, cash handling, and credit control procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate stock control.
- Train and develop staff.
- Learn the company's products, technical information, and safety procedures.
- Lead by example and provide excellent customer service.
