Role Overview

Assist the Boutique Manager with the efficient day‑to‑day management of the Boutique and partner with all leaders in the boutique director’s absence. Lead by example to encourage optimum standards and activities amongst the team, including sufficient floor coverage, whilst monitoring and managing standards of customer service, product care, staff presentation and teamwork at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service, supporting the team in upholding standards detailed within the CHANEL Charter, including prompt response to telephone queries and after‑sales care.
