Elevate your career as a Support Analyst with AssetWorks GPS in Calgary. This full-time role focuses on providing technical support to clients across North America, enhancing fleet management efficiency.
As the primary contact for clients, you will diagnose issues with the GPS platform and work collaboratively with both the Customer Care and Professional Services teams. Your role includes onboarding new clients, troubleshooting GPS hardware and software, and generating detailed documentation for development team escalations.
