Asset Recovery Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Asset Recovery Coordinator for our LendCare subsidiary to support the administrative and coordination aspects of vehicle recovery — managing accounts, vendors, documentation, and compliance to ensure organized, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.

Day in the Life

• Portfolio Management: Independently manage a portfolio of accounts or oversee a vendor’s portfolio, ensuring recovery efforts are executed efficiently and in alignment with company policies.
• Vendor Coordination: Engage with repossession agents and third-party vendors to assign recovery tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
• Storage & Impound Coordination: Respond promptly to notifications of located or impounded vehicles. Coordinate with vendors, storage facilities, and internal teams to facilitate timely recovery and minimize associated costs.
