Asset Management Associate: Valuation, Strategy & Deals

NAREIM is seeking an Associate for our Los Angeles/San Francisco asset management team. The role involves analytical support for asset management, quarterly valuations, cash management, and hold/sell analyses across the Los Angeles office portfolio.

You will collaborate with multiproperty teams to develop business plans, perform market research, budgeting, and refinancing/disposition analysis, and coordinate with investment partners and third-party consultants to advance asset performance.
