Assembly Process Specialist Level 2

ResponsibilitiesAs an Assembly Process Specialist, you will analyze and optimize assembly lines to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement.Analyze and optimize assembly lines to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.Perform and maintain line balancing studies.Develop and implement ergonomic improvements.Design or adapt customized tools and devices for operator support.Define and validate process parameters for fastening, riveting, cup forming, and functional testing.Support welding processes (MAG/Laser) in analysis and impacts on the assembly process.Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.Lead process improvements to increase Direct Labor Efficiency (DLE).
