We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our team located in Mt. Sterling. This role involves supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate production equipment and machinery safely
+ Assemble, package, and inspect products according to specifications
+ Monitor product quality and report defects or inconsistencies
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures
+ Meet daily productivity and performance goals
+ Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
Work Environment
The role is based in a metal stamping facility that operates very large presses, including equipment up to 3,000 tons. Work is performed on the production floor, with inspectors standing for most of the day while handling and examining stampe...
