About the role

The Shell brand is the company’s most valuable asset. The AskBrand team plays a key role in building and protecting the Shell Brand, managing brand-related projects and responding to thousands of brand-related questions and approvals worldwide. The role focuses on delivering compliant and consistent brand standards, supporting brand identity projects, and providing efficient, customer‑centric service through the AskBrand e‑tool.

Accountabilities

• Give accurate, quality brand advice based on Brand Standards, and review and approve branded assets and communications.
• Provide a clear and customer‑centric service to stakeholders and agencies over the AskBrand e‑tool, while meeting ongoing 24‑hour customer response targets.
