- Job posting in different job boards
- Job references
- Application of psychometrics test trough system
- Intermediate-advanced level of English
- New graduate of professional career: Organizational Psychology, Administration, Business Management or similar
- 6 month to 1 year of experience in Recruitment ( desirable)
