Front Office & Reception Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the main telephone line, screening and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and set-up as required.
Procurement & Inventory Management
- Daily Purchase of Supplies: Manage the end-to-end process for the daily purchase of:
- Cafeteria/Pantry items (food, beverages, snacks, coffee service, etc.).
- Office supplies (stationery, printer cartridges, and general consumables).
