Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality hard surface or organic environment models and textures while upholding the art direction.
• Produce and iterate a variety of assets through all phases of production.
• Establish benchmark and quality goals by creating high‑quality assets and environments.
• Collaborate with level designers to propose artistic solutions and support gameplay requirements.
• Identify and address level design/art design challenges that may impact production.
• Present work to leadership and adapt quickly based on feedback.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and pipeline improvement projects.
• Mentor other artists, sharing knowledge and experience.
