Qualifications A completed Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience. 2+ years’ experience in a role with similar responsibilities. 1+ year of direct management experience for employees and their performance. English Intermediate-Advanced (B2+). Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal. MBA or similar. Experience using Lean manufacturing methodologies. Previous experience as Project Management. Experience managing department’s KPIs and driven results. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation or related.
