About the Role
We are looking for a senior, hands-on SME/MSME lending professional to build and manage business loan sourcing, lender engagement and credit execution for the assigned geography.
The role requires someone who understands how SME and MSME loan cases move from lead to disbursement. The candidate should be comfortable assessing borrower profiles, identifying the right lender, guiding customers on documentation, engaging bank and NBFC credit teams, resolving queries and driving sanctions and disbursements.
