The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and people development across multiple stores within the assigned area. Qualification
- sBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- .Minimum of 5–8 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-store or area management role, preferably in fashion retail
- .Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing retail operations
- .Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
