Job Purpose Responsible for ensuring that the systems and processes that control production are applied ensuring adherence to customer specific requirements and compliance to local laws. Responsible for ensuring the production processes are carried out with the standard specifications based on agreed KPI's. Responsible for the availability of the provision of resources, people, machine and production space and the implementation of improvement programs. Key Job Responsibilities Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow. Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
