Now we're looking for an Area Manager with fire in the belly to lead 8 stores across Auckland and wider North Island.

The Role

This isn't a first step into multi-site leadership — it's the next level. You'll own the results, targets and KPIs across your portfolio, backing your Store Leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and standout visual merchandising, while thinking outside the box to drive sales.

Your week has rhythm: an admin day to plan and set your team up for success, then four days on the road — in stores, with your people, where the results are made.
