Area Head of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

Maersk is simplifying global supply chains through end‑to‑end integrated logistics. As HSSE Manager – Mexico, you will lead Health, Safety, Security and Environment across Maersk’s warehousing and transportation operations nationwide, based in Mexico City, and responsible for multiple sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE strategy and execution for warehousing and transportation operations across Mexico.
• Act as the country HSSE lead, ensuring alignment with Maersk global policies and local legal requirements.
• Manage and develop a team of HSSE Business Partners supporting multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican HSSE regulations, internal standards, and external audits.
• Lead investigations of HSSE incidents and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
