**Description:**

Develop and implement successful marketing and sales solicitation activities to secure new business from specified market segments across two properties. Dream Nashville and Thompson Nashville. Maintain existing business clientele relationships, ensuring maximum profitability for the hotel and quality service for our guests.

**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Grow market share of the business travel accounts through external and internal sales efforts with the purpose of securing business for the hotel in order to ensure that predetermined revenue expectations are met or exceeded.
+ Develop and nurture relationships with Travel Managers, Travel Agents and Hotel Chain National Sales Representatives
+ Grow market share for the luxury consortia’s and maximize all sales efforts to increase customer base for these preferred accounts.
