Architectural bim modeler

Tekance LLP is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team in the Greater Kolkata Area. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work on international BIM projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Produce construction documentation, detailed drawings, and BIM deliverables. Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Facade disciplines to ensure model accuracy. Participate in model coordination and clash detection processes. Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and company workflows. Support project teams throughout the design and construction phases.
