Well known architecture company are seeking a Designer/Architect with strong local experience on high-quality multi-Residential work. The right candidate will have demonstrated conceptual design skills and hand sketching ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large scale construction documentation
- Prepare hand sketched construction details and concepts
- Resolve complex design problems
- Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants and statutory authorities
- Guide and mentor team on technical and compliance issues
- Strong drafting skills to prepare sketches, Development Application and documentation, working drawings, specifications & reports
- Issue documentation accurately and of the highest standard

- Relevant Degree in Architecture
