About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Architect to manage projects from design to execution. The candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, site coordination, and team handling, with the ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDevelop architectural designs, working drawings, and presentation
• sPrepare layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawing
• sCoordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholder
• sSupervise site execution and ensure adherence to design and qualit
• yManage project timelines and resolve on-site technical issue
• sPrepare BOQs, cost estimates, and verify contractor billin
• gLead and coordinate with design and site team
• sHandle client meetings, presentations, and project update
