Opportunity Description
Position: Heavy vehicle mechanic apprentice
Workplace: 17125 Lafleche road, Moose Creek
Employment type: Permanent, full time – 50 hours per week
Roles and Responsibilities
- General mechanics (electrical, hydraulic, air brake, component changes, road services, etc.)
- Complete daily reports on work done and forthcoming tasks.
- Notify your superior of the date, time, and duration of equipment and heavy truck outages.
- Perform any other related tasks required by immediate superior.
Qualifications and Requirements
- DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics, construction equipment mechanics, or agricultural mechanics.
- P.E.P. card (Preventive Maintenance Program) would be an asset.
