Join Hexagon Autonomous Solutions in Calgary as an Applications Engineer focused on GNSS and INS expertise. Drive customer success by providing second-tier support and hands-on troubleshooting.
In this crucial role, you'll report to the Senior Manager, North America Customer Support. Your responsibilities will include managing case resolution, assisting with product installation, and providing data analysis to NovAtel, VERIPOS, and AutonomouStuff clients. You'll engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and elevate complex issues to engineering as needed.
