Application Support Engineer

- Configure and manage network security devices such as firewalls (Check Point, Juniper) - Implement ACLs, routing configurations, and security policies based on business requirements - Handle change requests and execute firewall modifications with minimal service impact - Perform network troubleshooting and resolve complex connectivity and security issues - Maintain lifecycle management of security infrastructure including upgrades and decommissioning - Prepare and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation for network operations - Follow global change management processes and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for network operations support - Ensure compliance with security standards and operational guidelines
