Application Support Analyst (Toronto)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. The analyst will manage the end-to-end administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise software applications and related infrastructure within a BAU environment, reporting to the Manager, Technology Application Support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own delivery of applications in collaboration with Aviso Business Units.
• Lead and facilitate activities with vendors and coordinate with the Aviso IT department on the vendor roadmap.
• Review application releases for the apps under BAU scope and work with IT and Business Units on these releases.
• Handle day‑to‑day issues submitted by Business Units regarding the applications.
• Administer end‑to‑end application access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
