Opportunity Description
In this role
- Provide quality assurance for the projects in development, by planning and testing, identifying and documenting defects, and working with developers and product managers to fix and verify issues.
- Provide feedback on system improvements based on user experiences and operational challenges.
- Create, execute, maintain manual and automated tests (in Ranorex and/or other auto web test tools).
- Field technical Level 3 Support escalations via SFL in a timely and professional manner.
- Replicate, diagnose, and resolve application‑related issues. Triage, log, and elevate to Development when necessary.
- Retrospectively review the need for escalation, identify steps to proactively address where possible (i.e. internal/external training opportunity, GTST knowledge base addition, etc.) to improve future support.
