Job Description
The Application Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining a variety of applications and platforms. You will be the main point of contact for technical expertise and support of solutions, triaging issues to internal support, vendors or partners to ensure the solutions are operating effectively.
This position requires full‑time on‑site presence.
Salary Range: $61,000 - $85,500

- Participate in technical discussions for configuration, testing, and operations of our platform solutions
- Ensure compliance with daily management checklist for operational effectiveness
- Provide go live and post‑go‑live support for projects and solutions
