Opportunity Description
- Serve as the national Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Mechanical Seals and Gasket products across the Motion network
- Elevate technical capability within the sales organisation while driving profitable growth of the sealing category
- Provide national SME for sealing products (gaskets, fluid control, mechanical seals), providing advanced technical expertise and application guidance
- Review operating conditions (pressure, temperature, media, shaft speed, compliance) to ensure correct product selection and engineered solutions
- Support complex quotations and national projects, including failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Ensure alignment with supplier standards and industry best practices in all technical recommendations
- Provide cross-divisional technical sales support, including joint customer visits with sales teams
