Overview:
The Appliance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment and beverage dispensing systems. This position supports the safe and reliable operation of the park’s food service facilities by ensuring all kitchen and beverage equipment remains operational and compliant with applicable health and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
**Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including:**
+ Ovens (convection, deck, combi)
+ Fryers
+ Grills and griddles
+ Steamers
+ Warmers and holding cabinets
+ Dishwashers and warewashing systems
+ Refrigeration and freezer equipment
+ Ice machines
+ Food preparation equipment (mixers, slicers, processors)
+ Install, service, and maintain soda dispensing systems, including:
+ Carbonated beverage dispensers
+ Bag-in-box syrup systems
+ Carbonators
+ Beverage pumps and regulators<...
