We are looking for an AP/AR Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations in San Francisco, California. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial activity, managing incoming and outgoing transactions, and keeping records organized and up to date. Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
+ Manage full AP cycle (vendor setup, coding, payments, expenses)
+ Oversee AP systems (Ramp, Brex)
+ Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and AP inbox
+ Review expenses and credit cards for policy compliance
+ Reconcile cash and AP-related balance sheet accounts
+ Resolve vendor issues and improve P2P controls/processes
