APAC Data Center Talent Recruiter — Remote-First

RM Staffing is looking for a DCT Recruitment Specialist based in Neuquén, Argentina. In this role, you will source and recruit skilled Data Center Technicians for our facilities across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recruiting experience and the ability to assess technical skills effectively. You will be responsible for building a reliable technician pool and coordinating their onboarding and performance tracking.

Strong knowledge of DC infrastructure and fluent English is essential.
