Plant Accounting and Business Partnering
- Partner with key business leaders to effectively manage business operations and performance
- Prepare accounting journals as required
- Prepare weekly and monthly variance reports, highlighting key variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Track and reconcile permanent and temporary labour costs and provide insights to management
- Monitor vendor spend and analyse variances
- Prepare blocked stock and obsolescence files for review, and post journal entries in line with policy
- Review and analyse costings for new and existing products
- Track cost-saving initiatives, report progress, and raise/maintain Wave projects
- Analyse Cost Per Unit (CPU) data and provide recommendations
