We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to provide operational and administrative support by managing mail and courier services, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, assisting with office coordination and events, and supporting various activities across the Ancillary Services portfolio.

Your Role in the Game

• Sort, track, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries
• Assist with preparing and sending outgoing mail and overnight courier shipments, including Canada Post
• Help maintain office spaces by restocking stationery, office supplies, and kitchen supplies
• Support the upkeep of shared kitchen areas by replenishing supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.) and keeping spaces tidy
