What the day will look like
+ Lead deep-dive claims utilization analysis to identify cost drivers, high-usage benefits and underutilized services
+ Provide fair value analysis (FVA) and benchmarking to support plan design and cost containment strategies
+ Deliver regular claims reporting, trend analysis and predictive modeling to support renewal negotiations and budgeting
+ Serve as strategic advisor to CRMs in translating analytics into actionable insights for clients
