The Retail Application Support Analyst will have a technical background with Retail POS as well as ERP systems

The job is ON‑SITE in Polanco for at least the first 3 months, after which it will transition to a hybrid work model.

A minimum of 80% proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• Understand and support retail business processes and functionality focused but not limited to Point of Sale front
• Participate in and contribute to US and international IT related Retail projects
