Analyst P2P Customer Care

• Investigate and resolve complex issues, including missing payments, duplicate invoices, and purchase order discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately via ServiceNow, email, phone, and chat.
• Ensure all procure-to-pay (PTP) inquiries are handled in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Deliver support to global internal and external customers across various regions.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of PTP processes.
• Complete ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
• Support system enhancements, process improvements, and the implementation of new company codes, including testing and validation.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce.
