DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

PrimeServicessits withinthe Market Risk and Collateral Risk Analytics teamswhichareresponsible for the market and credit risk reporting for TD Securitiesand related Prime Service business lines. A global, multi-faceted and cross product team, the primary objective of the PrimeServicesdepartment isthe mitigationof counterparty credit risk through the active monitoring of clients’Cash Prime brokeragecollateral and OTC and Security Financing Transactions (SFT) to ensure collateral levels provide adequate coverage of the exposures the clients have with TD Bank. The team manages both the Canadian Prime Brokerage and USPrime Services risk reporting.
