What is the opportunity?The Mid-Market Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Group is seeking an Analyst to support the team in Toronto, and to support team initiatives across Canada. You will support the Associate Directors, Directors, and Senior Directors in the preparation of presentations, research materials, proposals, financial models, and transaction documentation. The Mid-Market M&A team is a strategically important business unit that provides a value added services offering. Mandates include the sale of privately owned businesses and non-core divisions, acquisitions, shareholder and management buyouts, and capital advisory services.
What will you do?
Part of a national Mid Market M&A team, supporting the team based in Toronto and other offices across Canada
Conduct thorough research on companies and industries and delivery of concise summaries
