Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Mattamy front‑line operations and supporting functions.
• Assist in all phases of internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Planning: contribute to the development of the planning risk assessment; attend planning meetings with the business; define engagement scope; design audit programs and procedures.
• Fieldwork: complete relevant audit programs, draft test plans, request and review audit evidence, and document work performed and related results to obtain comfort over the design and operational effectiveness of controls.
• Reporting: summarize testing results, findings, and recommendations for the final audit report and present them to audit and business management.
