Reporting to the VP of Analytics, this role focuses on creating, testing, and maintaining Argus models, alongside producing detailed statistical reports for various stakeholders. The successful candidate will engage across multiple teams, ensuring the smooth operation of RioCan’s diverse asset portfolio while enhancing reporting methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain Argus models for accurate analyses
• Produce internal and external statistical reports
• Perform financial analyses to support decision-making
