The Senior Analyst serves as a senior business partner to the Sales and Finance organizations, delivering advanced analytics and insights on business performance, customer trends, competitive landscape, and financial planning to support retail and institutional markets.

Responsibilities

• Create long‑range sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with customer and finance teams.
• Prepare sales performance insights, customer analytics, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
• Analyze sales trends and provide actionable opportunities and risks.
• Design, develop, and publish key performance indicators in Power BI, Think‑Cell, and Excel.
• Collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, and Corporate SOX teams to align analytics.
