Core Responsibilities

• Analyze lost products within operations to determine causes and generate action plans.
• Analyze internal detections in operations.
• Process incident reports from the Physical Security team to integrate them into loss assessments.
• Prepare investigation reports including evidence, statements, and interviews.
• Follow up on cases involving collections or withdrawals from sellers or drivers.

Requirements

• Experience managing databases and knowledge of Google tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse processes is desirable.
• Experience working in dynamic environments and solving problems autonomously.
• Background in fraud investigations.
• Availability to work on-site at the Escobar Distribution Center.
