Opportunity Description
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze lost products within operations to determine causes and generate action plans.
- Analyze internal detections in operations.
- Process incident reports from the Physical Security team to integrate them into loss assessments.
- Prepare investigation reports including evidence, statements, and interviews.
- Follow up on cases involving collections or withdrawals from sellers or drivers.
Requirements
- Experience managing databases and knowledge of Google tools.
- Familiarity with warehouse processes is desirable.
- Experience working in dynamic environments and solving problems autonomously.
- Background in fraud investigations.
- Availability to work on-site at the Escobar Distribution Center.
