MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Support Latin American (LAM) subsidiaries by maintaining effective communication between Regional Headquarter and Global Headquarter;
• Monitor internal financial procedures to ensure strict compliance with internal corporate policies;
• Oversee corporate governance management across the Latin America (LAM) region;
• Track and review Financial Statements submissions from LAM countries;
• Review and submit Dividend proposals to Global Headquarter for approval after External Audit Completion;
• Review and analyze general contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks (Agency agreement, Office Lease, Sub-agents, Company's articles of association, Corporate Acquisitions etc.);
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making.
