Analista Contable

Responsibilities

• Ensure that operational expenses are recorded and compliant with accounting policies and internal guidelines
• Act as the bridge between operations and finance, translating operational activities into accurate accounting entries
• Monitor and analyze distribution-related costs, including cross-docking, logistics services, service levels, and penalties
• Review and validate customer charges, identifying discrepancies and working with internal teams to resolve incorrect or unjustified costs
• Manage the credit note process, including validation, documentation, approval, and follow-up
• Ensure all supporting documentation for financial transactions is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
• Support the control and tracking of freight and logistics expenses
• Review the accuracy and consistency of accounting records related to key operational expenses
